The 4th International Congress of Advanced Technologies (ICAT'2025) is a prestigious event that brings together global leaders in academia, industry, and research to explore advancements in cutting-edge technologies. Now in its fourth edition, ICAT 2025 will be held in Marrakech, Morocco, from November 19-21, 2025. The congress serves as a forum to showcase the latest innovations that are transforming industries, economies, and societies worldwide.
Under the theme "Digital Transformation Across All Sectors", ICAT'2025 will address the global digital revolution, focusing on how advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), renewable energy systems, and digital education are reshaping industries and driving sustainable development. The conference provides a platform for experts and thought leaders to exchange ideas, share groundbreaking research, and discuss practical applications of digital technologies across a wide range of sectors.

Submission Guidelines
Paper Categories
• Full Papers (6–8 pages) – Original research contributions
• Short Papers (4 pages) – Work-in-progress or preliminary results
• Posters & Demos (2 pages) – Innovative applications or tools
Formatting Requirements
• Submissions must follow IEEE Conference Template [PDF format] (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
• All papers must be original and unpublished.

Review Process
• All submission will undergo a double-blind peer review by an international program committee.
• Selected papers will be published in indexed journals.
